The actual isbn found on the book is:

Just the 3rd digit is incorrect. Thank youuu!

I corrected ISBN based on the publisher website (https://litera.md/carte-pentru-toti-v...), but the system claims it might be invalid.

Do you have a copy of this book and could check the ISBN in it?

Yes, that's how I found the "mistake". I wanted to scan the book to add it on my library and it couldn't find it and that's when I saw it was different.

Nevermind, inside the book is with 8, not the 9, my bad. But it's a first time when they don't match.

But I see on the site you linked it's with 9. I'm so confused. Also, on other 3 sites I checked the isbn and it's with 9, not 8. Maybe it was the publisher's mistake.

I used to come across this sometimes as a book cataloger. It was rare but came up once in a while. I don't think I ever learned why.
