Notable plot details include (potential spoilers): her having a crush on her female high school teacher, falling in love with an older boy who's mom hates her and he ends up going to college to learn how to like research/climb/cut down trees. She gets her period and angrily splashes water from a river everywhere bc said BF is grossed out by it. She gets kidnapped at one point and sexually assaulted in the woods and is able to escape. End of the book (SPOILER) is that her and the guy get married and have a daughter but she finds out she has terminal cancer and starts writing this journal/diary about her life for her daughter.
It had a yellowish cover and was quite thick (500-700 pgs is my guess) and a long title. Please help!!!
