I've read the first volume. It's a chore to get through.

Lol. Everyone gets the quests guys :P They just feature a specific person as a character in the quest.

I thought that you wanted each of us to send you one quest to be included in an amalgam to be used in a future month.

You can use what you sent for the Academy quest if you'd like. We'll take either normal challenges or quest challenges :)

But these ones will be featuring our fellow Novelarians :) I plan to slowly work through everyone unless someone has a strong aversion to it.

We like reading challenges too :) We've gotten a few and will process them. Those last longer too so you get to see them for a long time.

Either is fine. You can always write a series of quests that build off of each other if you'd like to tell more of a story with your quests. We might modify them slightly to fit in with how the other quests line up since we try to get a good mix of types of quests each month.

Dragon steak?

Rump steak is one of the best bits of the cow, surely dragon butt would be equally tasty? I'm not sure I'd have it rare though. Medium? Well done? How does one cook dragon?

Feeling a bit hungry hearing all these patrons talking about Dragon steaks, yum but alas I probably won't be enjoying any of that delicacy as it seems all I find are these ugly sewer rats but at least they taste like chicken!

We didn't set a firm amount for rankings since if you read a very new or a less popular book it can be hard to get rankings even if the book is ranked that. Personally, I'd go off of if romance is shown in one of the top shelves on the main page of the book.

You can always check what other people read and see if it fits your interest or not. No one minds if you look.

Hmmm....I look around and see adventurer's backpacks just laying around so I start rummaging around to see what everyone has been reading. Hope nobody get's their tail feathers rumpled. given they are all drinking they probably won't even notice.

Yay! I finished my valentines... well my kids valentines... but same concept really... *Yawns* ok it's 1:30 in the morning here. It's time to sleep.

I think having little kids is like being in college as far as sleep goes.

If I go up a level (say 2 --> 3), does my HP just go to the max health of the next level, even if I lost some from a battle?

Yup. You get a full heal when you level up to your new max.

I'd say that you could do something in the stands but it should be more than just a *claps at person on stage* type of role-play. Something beefy enough for others to read and enjoy.

(Something like setting up a tomato market in the back for use during performances could be a good option.)

Oh, you're killing me, Kelly. You should give out more points to people who are not from English speaking countries. Or maybe you could all do it in the foreign language you studied in high school. Now that would be interesting. ;-)

Zuzana, I think you should be able to write it in whatever language you're comfortable speaking in. If people want to enjoy it, they can put it in Google translate or something. That's a lot to expect from someone who doesn't speak English as a first language, in my personal opinion.

Also writing an entire scene in Latin (what I studied in high school) would make me cry. Hysterically. For hours. ;)
