Judging by the flower names, I'm guessing this is a Swedish flower guide, but I'm hoping someone might know exactly what it is. I've seen the image around photo sites like WeHeartIt and the like, but of course, no one sources their photo. GoogleImage searches have left me no closer.

Anyone know?

I actually tracked down the person who took the photos, and it's Trädgården i Färg by Gréen Kiær.
