Fr. Andrew (nitesead) 60 Books for 2021

Good grief. Last year threw me for a loop. Not in a bad way, but definitely in a dramatic way. I was on track to read 250 books last year, but then I got all introspective, and started dealing with personal problems in whole new ways. My reading took a back seat. I learned last year that it was important for me to read what I wanted when I wanted, to take it easier on myself. I was joining challenge after challenge then freaking out and leaving some challenges when I realized how in over my head I had gotten. Bottom line, I was taking challenges too seriously!

Last year I didn't even read 150 books. This year, I absolutely need to relieve pressure. Self-care dictates as much. Hence, I am setting a much smaller goal of 60 books. If I reach that goal early, then I'll increase it a bit and see where I go.
