For our 2021 group reads, we will continue in the same vein with different choices each month. For February it will be Red or Pink cover (Valentine's Day) Your mod team have chosen two books each, therefore members will have four to choose from when you vote in the poll. (Once again, all Aussie authors)

Our choices are:

Everyday Lies by Louise Guy Everyday Lies by Louise Guy

Wife. Mother. Liar.

At first glance Emma and Lucie seem very different, but they share an unspeakable vice. Beautiful, wealthy Emma appears to have it all with a loving husband and a seemingly successful life, but a restless craving has driven her to foolish actions. Meanwhile, young widow Lucie is struggling to make ends meet while coping with a troubled five-year-old.

LOST

Transit of Angels by Desney King Transit of Angels by Desney King

Is there life after death?

Angelica is thirty-four when her beloved husband, Bill, is killed in a motorbike accident. She knows Bill is dead. Yet she yearns to be reunited with him.

In desperation, she begs him for a sign. What happens next makes her leave the city and move to a quaint mudbrick cottage in a remote river valley where even the impossible feels sane.

In High Spirits (A Dandelion Ponds Mystery #1) by Beth Prentice In High Spirits by Beth Prentice

How do you rest in peace when you’re stuck between two worlds?
