Combining very popular books (many editions and/or shelved by many users) is still being restricted due to website maintenance. I have bookmarked this thread to revisit once the combine restrictions are gone.

The Lithuanian edition you linked to is actually a duplicate of an edition that was already correctly combined with the other editions (and that edition had the isbn, and a better cover (frontal view).

Duplicate edition merged and remaining valid edition recombined.
