I saw this book coming by a few weeks ago on my timeline. Hear good things about it.
YAY! I'm excited! I don't think I'm doing this sign up correctly, but we are now in a buddy read. Do we post all of our conversations here? Is that the goal?

I’m on page 75ish. Nothing is remarkable yet, but Kristin Hannah does a great job of engaging me. Her writing is always easy and flows well to keep me moving along in all her books I’ve read.
She has been in my list for a time with other books, but I havent read anything from her yet. But it sounds good to me, when you describe it.
Okay going to start this book tomorrow!

So I only have 100 pages left of this book. Rafe hmm don't know what to say. For the time being he was kind of loose. Back then it was way more normal to stay with someone even though you don't love them. I found him selfish to disappear because he had kids. Elsa I found her strong, but I do notice that the writer made her out to be a hero. Everything she does becomes some kind of success. It makes the whole book a little over the top.
