What is the policy for showing that pseudonyms are to one author? Linking them together. For example, I edited Martine Leavitt (married name) and Martine Bates (previous name), but want to know if there is a better or more correct way. She published 3 books under the second name and the rest under the first.

What you did (with links from one to the other) is the best current option.
