Person 1- He is friendly and polite to everyone around her. He hates violence and would rather talk it out than fight. He has a habit of getting too attached to animals rather than people and talks to himself a lot. He usually speaks as if he's two people, like two personalities to each other. History- Arrived here as an orphan, all alone. He was three and could barely walk. It took him until the age of 7 to start talking, but he sounded scared. As he got older he seemed to pull away from everyone, becoming isolated. He was kind to the people around him but he seemed to be hiding something. At 10 he attacked a classmate. He was savage and nearly killed them. He was like an animal and they could barely get him off in time. The next week he didn't talk or eat at all. When he came back he was even more dazed than usual. Eventually he warmed back up but something was still off, he was never seen at night and he was kind but in a strained kind of way.

History - At a young age, Mira was abandoned by the sea by her parents. She was soon found by an elderly couple who cared for her until she was taken to the academy. Under the care of the elderly couple, she lived by the beach and grew her wings learning how to fly, swim, and use them for other things. When her adopted family discovered her wings they found her something to slip over them then fold them in so, her wings would look like a backpack. She continued to learn now to use her wings and was protected by the elderly couple who sadly died a few weeks before she came to the school. Now, she is strong and trained with her wings and is ready for a challenge and to learn.

He's EXTREMELY charismatic and could trick someone into giving him a diamond for a toothpick, so you could probably guess why he's constantly in detention. After he snapped, not able to keep up the charade that everything was perfect behind the curtains, he escaped with Lilith, his older cousin and best friend though they'll both protest the idea, and now he's living his life bouncing from place to place, staying currently at Featherdown and it's the longest he's been in one place for a few years. He's intelligent and very fluent in strategy, causing him to be reckless and too sure of his words and actions. He acts on instinct and doesn't often show remorse, always confident in his ability to get himself out of difficult situations even if the odds are stacked up high against him. He flirts with mostly anyone who breathes and doesn't mind using his targets as he pleased for his own thefts and schemes as he carefully picks his tools as lads, ladies, and nonbinary daisies who are FAR from being innocent and always ends up teaching them a lesson. He was to say the least, a very abnormal recruit when he was a freshman, but his skills served him well.

Personality: Castor is a sweet and sensitive soul with a devious sly streak. He is clever and cunning, and can often take things from right under your nose without you noticing. He is stubborn, independent and very proud, so it's difficult to make him listen to you if he doesn't want to, which he usually ends up ignoring you by listening to his perfectionism. He has small flirty streak, although he rarely ever lets it see the light of day. He has very little trust for males, and he pushes his feelings every time he feels himself crushing on someone. He has been hurt too much, and he's not willing to go through another painful break-up.
As mentioned before, Castor has a sensitive and sweet soul. He wears his heart on his sleeve without even realizing it. Backstory: Castor and his twin brother, Pollux, were born under the Gemini zodiac, and with their parents being mythology enthusiasts, they named their two sons after the brightest stars of the constellation. The twins hang their head in shame whenever they're forced to remember this.
Castor's past with romantic relationships has always ended in heartbreak for him. If one wasn't cheating, they were abusive. His previous partner had gone so far as to leave a scar over Castor's right eye before leaving him alone, ending the relationship. He has given up on love and has decided to just stick with his brother, mother, and father for as long as he can. He often talks to his pet cat, Bruno, when he catches feelings. Oh, my name is simply my father wishing to keep his heritage alive by passing it down to me and my little brother. Dad probably wishes I'd have my name set in surname first, then given name, but it doesn't really feel right, y'know? I don't know, maybe its just me being a bit weird or plain different.

Actually, I have tried it, but it never felt like me. I do have it cut all the way down to above my neck during summer. Heat is harsh for someone with dark hair, because the Sun really likes dark colours for some cruel reason. ¤the beginning¤ Of course! Well, my career started at a very young age, just barely nine years old. I remember this fancy woman, all decked out in a beautiful combination of light pink and lavender. The kind fisherman took him in and made sure he was okay, still showing up at the door to the guest room with a bowl of hot food though Caspian rarely took the energy to consume it. He couldn't even get out of bed on most mornings, until. two years later when he came home from his job that he had only recently started to see the blood of the fisherman splattered across the icy cold floor. The only objects kept in one piece was a handwritten note with fancy black ink and pale yellow parchment... And a single red rose. With a closer look he could see that it was not red... It was a white rose, painted with the ruby red and metallic smelling blood of the fisherman, his body gone from the scene... But Caspian could only think that he’d been drained of all the blood now drawn across the floor in terrifying but beautiful designs, barely being able to make himself take the note, not being able to cry... For how can one cry if tens of thousands of tears were long ago pulled from their eyes not even a month before? There were only three sentences written in the looping cursive.

Backstory: Every since they were children, these two were compared to the skies rulers. Diego was like the Sun, and his sister Lana was like the Moon. The wind rushed up behind her, and she didn't feel afraid. She bounced off a rock, feeling it scrape against her back. She suddenly realized she couldn't do this and started screaming, waving her wings out to stop her fall. She felt the wind catch her wings and she stopped falling. Char flapped her wings and curled in on herself, sobbing. That's the day her family thought she died. She couldn't go back and started flying lower into the canyon, trying to calm down.

Backstory
[ Nathan doesn't remember much of his childhood, only knowing the time he'd spent alone wandering the moors with his parents. He remembers meeting Toby when they were both pretty young, often hearing more detailed stories of the two year old first meeting.
He was pretty sad when he heard Toby would be going away, not wanting to lose him due to the fact that they'd no longer have any way to communicate.
He expected Toby to forget him, but he knew he could never forget the other, he was constantly on his mind.
His parents ended up sending him to the Academy too, though when he got there he didn't dare attempt to talk to Toby, he knew if the other remembered him that he would approach him, Toby was like that. ​]

Personality: Christian has only ever been known as someone you should strictly avoid, and he seems to promote that assumption for reasons unknown to the anyone. Backstory: Christian has had a fairly normal life without much complications. He was born to a loving family, along side his temperamental twin sister, Emilia. There's really only one thing that stands out between them.
It is that despite popular belief, Christian was abnormally small as a child. He didn't reach an average height until the age of seventeen. He wasn't deprived of anything, he was just simply...extremely short. All the years of ruthless teasing took a toll on his mental state for a while, and ultimately he gained an equally short temper and an expression to show it.

Description - Fritz is a 6’5” male with tanned skin and frosty white wings expanding behind his back. His hair matches his wings with their white and dark grey tone accompanied by black and light grey specks. His wingspan stretches to about 8 feet long, so he tends to keep them tucked close to his body when he’s inside or in a close capacity to others.

He has a thin body frame, but has a slight muscular definition. He’s stronger than he looks lol, I swear.

Fritz has dark freckles on his face, forearms and shoulders. His eyes shine dark amber and show off small golden speckles. There are some barely noticeable pale scars on his forearms and back from what appears to be accidents from his childhood.

He tends to wear loose-fitting clothes that stretch across his body and give him as much flexibility as possible. His grey shirt drapes from his neck and wraps around the front of his body similarly to a tank-top, but the back is cut out enough to give his wings enough room to be comfortable, while still connecting around his lower back. History - Ever since he was a child, his parents raised Fritz up on stories of humans not knowing of his species' existence, and what they might do if they ever found out about their safe haven. As soon as his father would let him, he began training himself how to fight, claiming that if humans ever found their home, he'd protect his family from them and scare the humans away. Fritz left home as soon as he was old enough to join the school and hasn't visited his parents or sister as much as they would like. Though his goal isn't quiet as childish as it was when he was a kid, he still focuses most of his time to sword fighting and close-quarters combat, and will sometimes spend time with his eager younger sister when she asks him to help her practice combat in an attempt to spend more time with him when she can.

She’s difficult to be around, and most people don’t bother.

When Cyrene was young, until she was about seven years old, she lived with her mother, who was a relapsing addict. Max (Cy had always called her mother by her first name) had been an addict since she was a teenager, but had tried to get off the drugs when she had discovered she was pregnant. She did for a while, but after Cyrene was born, she got desperate.
They lived on the streets from the time Cy was two to when she was seven, when Cyrene was picked up by her father, who up to that point had been out of the picture. Long story short, Max had been psyching herself up to give Cy up to a local gang in exchange for more of what she needed. Kai had heard about the deal beforehand, and had swooped in and saved the day.
After all, the reason Cy was up for discussion was him. The wings had come from his side of the family. And that was why the gang wanted her. She could get places they couldn’t.
For a while, Kai took care of her as best he could. But she was wild, more than he ever was, and violent. The closer she got to adulthood, the worse she got. Pets would disappear from houses in the nearby town. Later on, Kai would find little piles of bones in the backyard. When he couldn’t make excuses any longer, it was either send her to Featherdown Moors, or a looney bin. He chose the Academy.

Gordon was born to Leah and John on the night of November 12th, his wings already starting to develop. He grew up in a small, modern village on the coast of Canada, where his father’s family had moved to years ago and joined with his mother’s family to form the small village. He grew up in a small house, which was hard due to his quickly growing wings. Throughout his childhood, he was known as very clumsy, due to the awkwardness of his wings, which grew in spurts. One they grew fully, each 30ft wing took hours to clean, and he grew to hate the chore. He moved out when he was 15, seeking better living spaces and a girlfriend who he would not be related to. After only a year in the world, his first girlfriend got sucked into a jet engine while on a flight to visit his parents. He didn’t go all the way back, instead mourning and then finding a living space by himself, then moving here once he got himself back in a right state of mind.

History - (He grew up in a decent sized town, in a crowded neighborhood. In their small backyard he would often find injured birds and other small creatures that managed to escape the vicious dogs in some of his neighbors yards, he would care for them until they could fly away again, sometimes he built them small temporary nests. He actually learned to make them by watching the birds who decided they would live in the apple tree that took up a quarter of their yard. He would, more often than not, stay home because last time he went to a local event some other kids tried to take some of his feathers, plucking them from his wings, when he felt the sharp pinches he almost knocked one of them out by slapping them in the face with his wings. So instead he would stay in his yard talking with the few animals that would come into his yard. He even learned how to understand some birds, but only from local birds like finches and such. Eventually his parents found him a public school he could go to and he’s excited to go because there’ll be people like him.)

History ~ When she was younger, her parents lived in the forest and protected her with their lives. One day, her dad was found and killed. Then about a year later, they took her mom, never to be seen again. She flew away, flying until she couldn't anymore. She found the academy at the age of 10. She's been there ever since. She has a few trust issues, but if you get to know her and are kind to her, she warms up to you. She still listens out for her mom, but in her heart she knows she’s dead.

Seth is gentle soul. He's willing to do whatever it takes to help someone in need, and he'll stand up for them if they can't do it themselves. His loyalty and determination know no bounds int his way, but at the same time, he can be a bit dense if the person is joking about needing his aid. He tends to take others feelings before his own, and in turn often forgets he's a living being, too. He's a wonderful listener, but if the subject goes on for too long, he ends up zoning out by accident. He doesn't even notice he's not entirely paying attention. He's just happy to be around other people.
When it comes down to triggers, it's mainly straight up toxic and possessive relationships. As a survivor of a horrific relationship, he feels directly attacked by such things. Also knives, daggers and swords make him fearful. Sharp objects are a biiig no-no for him.

Seth's experiences in dating aren't exactly the best. When he met Elanor, he believed she was the sweetest girl he'd ever met. Over time, he gained strong feelings for her, and he gathered the courage to confess to her. When she said she felt the same way, he was ecstatic... But then a few months later, he realized that the way she felt was far different from his feelings. She became possessive and threatened his loved ones if he attempted to leave her. Even speaking to another person was enough to set off her jealousy. Confronting her about everything was out of the picture when she cut his arm with a knife. He even caught her stalking him on occasion. He had become terrified of her, and eventually his siblings, Zane and Catherine, had enough of his silence. Zane asked him why he was so closed off ever since he had gotten into a relationship with Elanor. It took countless hours, but emotional exhaustion inevitably kicked in. Tears came pouring down his face as he finally revealed the constant danger, though he barely spoke above a whisper. He couldn't even find the energy to hide his paranoia. Later that week the police would come in and take care of the situation.
It has been two years since he was freed from Elanor's possessive grasp, and he lives safely in the Featherdown Moors Academy. He still sometimes has horrific nightmares, but when he remembers where he is, he calms down and silently thanks his brother and sister for saving him. He is unsure where he would be today if it wasn't for their (mildly irritating) persistence.
