10.2 - Come On, Get Happy!

In 1996, Alan Greenspan used the phrase "irrational exuberance" referring to the dot.com bubble.

Read a book with a title of at least three words in which the initial letters of all the title words can be found in the phrase IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE. Ignore subtitles. Letters can be used only as often as they appear in the target phrase.
