I've kick-started a discussion in LinkedIn.com which has sparked considerable debate. I wrote: In this age of vaccine mandates, what happened to the Nuremberg Code? Why has it been sidelined?Given the response it seems many, many others are asking the same questions.
I note that Reuters claim (9 Dec. 2021) that “The Nuremberg Code is specific to medical experiments on humans and does not apply to public health measures such as vaccine mandates, as the COVID-19 vaccine is not experimental.” https://www.reuters.com/article/factc...
So it all depends on whether the vaccine is experimental and who (excuse the pun) exactly determines that. THAT is the question.

UK POLICE LAUNCH MAJOR INVESTIGATION INTO MRNA COVID‐19 VACCINE‐RELATED CORPORATE CRIMES AND THREATS TO PUBLIC HEALTH
Metropolitan Police Crime Number: 6029679/21. International Criminal Court (The Hague) case number: OTP‐CR‐473/21
The world’s largest‐ever international criminal investigation is now under‐way, involving Hammersmith Police, The Metropolitan Police, and The International Criminal Court. The UK police accepted the supporting information and agreed there is enough evidence to proceed under the above crime number.
The case was lodged on 20th December 2021 by Sam White MD, Philip Hyland (PJH Law), Lois Bayliss (Broad Yorkshire Law) and retired policeman Mark Sexton. Requests for further assistance have been made to international lawyer Robert F Kennedy Jnr (nephew of J F Kennedy), Dr Reiner Fuellmich (German corporate lawyer who won the emissions scandal case against Volkswagen Audi), Dr. Michael Yeadon (Former Pfizer Vice President), plus countless other doctors, professors, virologists, biologists, data experts and lawyers nationally and internationally; some of whom have already made direct contact with the police and have been acknowledged by Superintendent Simpson (Assistant to Cressida Dick, Head of The Metropolitan Police).
The complaints allege numerous serious crimes including misfeasance and misconduct in public office; gross negligence manslaughter; corporate manslaughter, murder, conspiracy to murder, genocide and crimes against humanity.
The evidence submitted by Philip Hyland and Dr Sam White against the UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is damning and shows they did not carry out due diligence surrounding the vaccine data, trials and studies; and that they continued to ignore the death, harm and injury the vaccines cause.
Mark Sexton says: “This is now a live criminal investigation. We were forced to act due to the complacency of the UK Government, despite them being fully aware of the catastrophic death and injury figures to adults and children alike. This is nothing short of genocide; once again it seems that profit over people is the overriding motive. There is a deliberate blanket campaign of misinformation underway. Many don’t even realise that the covid Vaccine is still an experimental product. This is the most far-reaching criminal inquiry ever undertaken. The latest I heard was the case against Andrews has been struck off by the courts. Why aren't we surprised?
Lets hope that the International/Nuremburg action gets heard and the people responsible get what they deserve. (Not a bottle of wine or garden party??)

You're really revealing you've done a huge amount of research on this era, Carmen :) Reading your naive posts is almost like time travelling back to early 2020 when many people (not me and not many in this group, however) were actually in extreme fear of the virus and were saying things like "stay home, stay safe" and "can't wait for the vaccines". Fortunately, given the virus has been scientifically proven to have about same "deadliness" as Influenza and the vaccines have been shown to not only be useless but deadly in many instances, those ridiculous beliefs have mostly subsided and have been kicked to the gutter where they belong. Given all you are doing is regurgitating opinions you've heard from mainstream media you obviously watch religiously and take seriously...and that you clearly know next to nothing on anything of these subjects...then my advice is to actually take a deep breath before you comment and recognize where you are: You are in the Underground...Which has some of the brightest researchers on the planet, who saw thru all the lies (lies you are still obviously falling for) early 2020. Lies which are also now being successfully exposed on a daily basis.

With that said, we have to deal with the flu every year, some more deadly than others. But under President Trump's leadership, we got a lot of crazies who started attacking the medical profession, etc. in order to give cruise lines and other industries full reign.
The virus spread and became a pandemic. And we had no choice but to stay home in 2020 until we could elect a new president to lead us. Now, in late 2022, the Covid pandemic is seen as under control.

Anyone (ANYONE) who dares oppose the mainstream narrative on anything contentious - such as the global response to the Covid pandemic and associated mRNA vaccines - is branded a conspiracy theorist and a spreader of misinformation.
Two other classic examples of this are Dr. Michael Yeadon, former Chief Scientist of Pfizer, and Robert Malone, co-founder of mRNA technology.
Who do you think might know more about the Covid vaccines? I can't think of anyone.
The point I'm making is, before 2020 and Covid these gentlemen had stellar reputations. They were constantly lauded and in demand as speakers. Now their reputations have been trashed by mainstream scientists and doctors and by a pathetically pliant media.
Closer to home (my home) there's an outfit called NZDSOS (NZ Doctors Speaking Out With Science), which opposes mainstream assertions regarding the pandemic response and safety of these highly experimental vaccines. Almost 5,000 scientists, doctors, nurses and other health professionals are among the group's 100,000 members - not bad for a country of 5m people.
Today, the reputations of these professionals have been dragged through the proverbial gutter and their careers and earning potential seriously damaged. All because they had the courage to stand up for what they believe is true.
My (two-part) question is: Are they and the Yeadons and Malones of this world all wrong or misguided or deluded and (2) How many other health professionals do you suspect know what's what but are staying silent to protect reputations and careers?
If you can't answer that Carmen perhaps one or more of the "many nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc." in your family might like to comment. Regardless, I challenge you to put the question to them.

And sadly, lots of people believe the wacky ideas.
All I can do is repeat my understanding of the medical profession backed through reputable universities and global agencies such as the World Health Organization and the United Nations.

The healthcare professionals in my generation are getting ready for retirement. When we get together, we talk about our kids, grandkids and our memories of old times. We rarely talk about work related stuff.
Our kids and grandkids are pretty well informed about healthcare. After so many generations of living through epidemics, etc., we've become pretty experienced about it.

Essentially, the main argument in favor of the COVID passports have entirely dissipated. The health "professionals", regardless of whether it was purely incompetence or purposeful malfeasance on their part, deserve to be prosecuted for the catastrophic consequences set out by the policies they have endorsed. The whole argument for forcing vaccination (sometimes, even practically at gunpoint with policies implemented in more left-leaning regions, and if the OSHA mandate had actually gone through) was to do it "for the greater good". Well. according to Pfizer's own PR team, they did not even study that thoroughly enough prior to release. There is no way to sugarcoat what has been done. I am not excusing some of the skeptics out there who endorsed some spectacularly ridiculous conspiracy theories that discredited their side's position, but surely the people who worship "science" like a deity (i.e. the kind of science that you are not allowed to question whatsoever) must be held accountable for the insidious and asinine behavior and policies they have advocated for.

Misinformation affected our Covid response which led to thousands of needless deaths. Unfortunately, the former president promoted lies for his own political gain, culminating in what is called the "Big Lie" about the 2020 election. People got killed over that lie also.
I also briefly heard the Pfizer CEO speak about the different Covid variants. Of course, one CEO does not speak for all medical science.

This 'Hot Air' journal is just that: a lot of hot air, James.
Due to a pandemic in 2020, schools and businesses had to close their doors. But this is 2022, and things are getting back to normal.
The New Nuremberg Trials 2021
A team of over 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich have begun legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO & the Davos Group for crimes against humanity. Fuellmich and his team present the faulty PCR test and the order for doctors to label any comorbidity death as a Covid death as fraud. The PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is 100% faulty at 35 cycles. All the PCR tests overseen by the CDC are set at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC admits that any tests over 28 cycles are not admissible for a positive reliable result. This alone invalidates over 90% of the alleged covid cases / ”infections” tracked by the use of this faulty test.
In addition to the flawed tests and fraudulent death certificates, the “experimental” vaccine itself is in violation of Article 32 of the Geneva Convention. Under Article 32 of the 1949 Geneva Convention IV, “mutilation and medical or scientific experiments not necessitated by the medical treatment of a protected person” are prohibited. According to Article 147, conducting biological experiments on protected persons is a grave breach of the Convention.
The “experimental” vaccine is in violation of all 10 of the Nuremberg Codes which carry the death penalty for those who seek to violate these International Laws.
