I think most of you know each other, at least a little, but feel free to introduce yourself again. Just finished a mystery off and sad to see the authors not done anymore books :-( I always hate it when a series ends unexpectedly but it was sort of an ending I just didn't realise it was the last book.

Fall this year is from September 22 through December 21 - so you may select September, October, November or December, then everyone reads a book initially published in the selected month of any year. For this task, use the initial publication date. If there is a date listed at the top of the editions page - use it! Otherwise I will be looking for the earliest dated English language edition regardless of format for the qualification. Please include the selected month in your completion posts.

The story was ok, it was just so very picture perfect that it was almost boring. The MCs were both gorgeous, successful, wonderful humans, with wonderful families, living in a wonderful town, etc. Even the bad guy didn’t make an appearance until the very end, and he was just a pathetic excuse of a villain. Maybe I’ve been watching too many cop shows, but I would have liked this better if there had been some action or mystery included.
