guys....I am absolutely 100% terrified of the dentist and any type of doctors. like I get all panicky before any appointment and I avoid making them at all costs. but my wisdom teeth are growing in so I have to go and IM SO TERRIFIED!! AHHHHHHH I despise the dentist

OH NOOO!!! I hate the dentists too!!!!! I feel ya. I hope it goes well, I'm praying. The dentists are so evil to me lol

Praying for you Kacie!! I went to an orthodontist's for a few years for braces and stuff and it wasn't bad!! Some dentists are mean but some are super nice. Getting your wisdom teeth out won't hurt too much because they'll numb your mouth so you won't feel that much at all.

oh it's really not that bad, i was just being dramatic. it's sore for a few days and when you get them tightened but other than that it's not too bad. it just takes some getting used to

oh geez!! I had them on for four and just recently got the off!!

yep!!! we went to a pizza place that night and I remember crying because it was so hard to eat it lol

Getting them off was actually really satisfying lol. Everyone says it hurts, it doesn’t hurt at all.

I got my elastics off a few months ago (YAY!). But I don't even know how much longer I'll have my braces on. :( It's been two years!!!!!!!!!

Elastics we’re not bad at all. They were just super sore

I couldn't wear my elastics.....I have really bad jaw problems and they made it way worse. like I couldn't open my jaw all the way after taking them out....I'd have to force if open and pop it lol (it pops anyways but it's not as stiff). the Ortho kept getting annoyed that i wasn't wearing them but I kept telling them it messed up my jaw and they didn't believe me XD

I had a project for school and I was supposed to draw two posters on a Greek god/goddess and draw one poster on one of their good qualities and one of their bad qualities. It’s really hard to draw emotions 😂😂

I've had my braces for almost three years now...The dentist originally said I'd only have them for 1.5 but nope. When I first got them on I couldn't eat solid food for over a week, of course not everyone is like that, hopefully you won't be!

Yeah, part of it is because I missed a few months of appointments since the dentists and everything else locked down last year (dumb covid). But I dunno if it's because my dentist just isn't that good or my teeth were just really bad. I had a friend who had hers for almost 4 years or something, but others I know only had them for 1-2 years. 🤷‍♀️

I had to have a retainer sine I was like 7, and now they torture me with braces. But I'm sure it'll be worth it... well, they better be.
