a piano has strings. an organ has pipes (or it's supposed to. the one I'm on is electric). you can make the organ sound different with what are called "stops" whole piano has just one sound. an organ also has multiple levels of keys and foot pedals (more notes) while piano has just one level of keys and pedals to make the sound blend together. organ doesn't have a pedal to make the sound blend together so you have to manually play in a way that doesn't make if choppy (using what's called finger substitutions) lol sorry that was a bit long and nerdy...probably didn't even make sense XD

Ok I want to know how many of u here have read and like LOTR bc I am starting the first book and I really can’t get into it… so does it get better after the beginning? or is it the same pretty much the whole book?

I've read LotR!!!!!! It was like 4 years ago tho lolll. I significantly need a reread.

It does get better! When I read it, I remember being bored about like all the Hobbits just talking to each other and whatever (is that what you're on?) but later on I really, really got into the book and loved it! You just have to be patient :)

Yeah, the first part was pretty boring to me as well, but once they reach Bree it gets a lot better.

Heyyyy!!! I’m also reading it and it’s really hard for me to get into it! I watched the movies first and I LOVED THEM, but I really don’t wanna hate these books 😭 I started a couple weeks ago and I’m still just staring at the second chapter 😂

There are 3, but technically there are six, each book has two books.

I read LOTR and The Hobbit. It was the same way for me. I think my the second book it picks up a bit. but yeah the first book was honestly really boring

Oh interesting 😂 the only part I hated is when they drilled my teeth to get the glue off bcuz my teeth are so sensitive, but she was so sweet and told me if it hurt she would stop

The worst thing ever though, is the dental assistant who has long nails. Stabby long nails. Not fun...

Well, tomorrow a really awesome lady from my church is hosting a thing at her house and I really really wanted to go, but my partner for Science Olympiad can't meet the time that SHE decided she wanted to meet at and has decided that she wanted to meet an hour earlier cuz she has "stuff" to do. and I still have school that day. so we won't be able to go :,((

Aww, that's awful! Couldn't you guys study another day?

Right???!! But (also this is probably gonna sound like a horriable rant so....) .... we're supposed to meet 2-4 twice a week, and she's only been wanting to meet once a week from 3-4 so we're behind. and she keeps saying how much stuff she has, and she gets overwhelmed, and she forgets under pressure and I'm like why did you sign up if you do that?!! like really? and then one of our subjects is Picture This...and I'm a person who likes to be well prepared. and so I chose a list of 400 words which seems like a lot but it's not and we were going to write all 400 on like flashcards and then on the back draw the pictures for them, and so I finished ALL 400 in 3 days (my momma helped me) and (we'll call her T), T started and only got about 100 in and then texted me and said I don't think we'll be able to use all these and this is a lot and blah blah blah and said how about we use a different list....and gave me a list of words (125) that they used in past things but they said that they change every year, plus there's like 5 repeats of words so if there's 5 repeats in a span of 5 years what's the odds they'll use those words again??????? ANNNNDD!!!! When I pointed out that thye might give a word we don't know if we don't cover enough words her MOTHER! HER MOTHERR!!!! said: Well you can just try to draw it and if the other doesn't get it just pass....which is super stupid because her daughters only reason to join was to place! now I'm here because 1. it's science and engineering. 2. because I want to learn more science and see how they teach and stuff and I thought the studying would help! and her MOTHER also said: you don't have to know what the words actually mean just need to know the picture with the words. 1. Again I'm here to learn to not knowing what the word means is like what?! and 2. if you know what it means then it might help better with what to make as the picture right? or is that only me?!?!?? anywho that's my rant of the day. XD

Yeah it didnt hurt when i got them on but after a few hours i had severe headaches and toothaches. but i took some pills and then the pain went away. but i had to take the pills every few hours before the effects faded. i remember when i could only eat soft foods and we got pizza that night... it hurt sm to eat it

Like I try to listen to hers and be including but once on a zoom call I explained my Idea and all she said was: When do you want to end? we've been here for an hour. and I said: Um..do you have anything else to do today? and she said: no and I asked if she could stay on a little longer and then she just said: eh. bye. and hung up

I talked to the leader of our team about it, but our teams a little short on people so I'm stuck with this partner till like March :,(. Oh little bonus...she goes to my church so it's not like I can avoid her...ok yes I can avoid her at church but she also goes to our YG and our youth group only has me, E, T, and another E named child. for the middle school grade anyways so....yeah :(
