message 120: by Em__Jay (new)

Em__Jay | 500 comments Moderators, I need clarification.

For this challenge would an author name like Pauline Baer de Perignon be listed under 'B' or 'P'?

I assumed it was 'B' but I did see a reference somewhere* where she was listed as Perignon, Pauline Baer de.

* Of course, now I cannot find the web page.

Thanks!

message 121: by Phrynne, Series Queen! (new)

Phrynne | 15803 comments Mod
What a great question Em_Jay!. Under our usual rules she would be filed under P because the names are not hyphenated. However de Perignon is her actual surname. I checked a few library lists and they file her under D!!!!!
Wait for Brenda to give a ruling:)
