“That's the wonderful thing about man; he never gets so discouraged or disgusted that he gives up doing it all over again, because he knows very well it is important and WORTH the doing.”
I actually don't know what to say about such a popular book. I didn't get much symbolism in this novel, but I still enjoyed the plot. The story is quite tense and that's what kept me reading. I was surprised at how Bradbury "predicted" some of the things we have now. And his thoughts about the role of books in our lives, about the reasons why books are being banned resonated with me as a booklover a lot.
While I wouldn't call this Science as it is definitely Science Fiction, I did like this book way back in school. I'll be reading it again shortly with my high schooler since it seems to be another science fiction topic turned non-fiction.
