I am loving the interactions between Ada and Loch so far. These two have a lot of chemistry so far and it's great. I'm curious about Loch's past and I hope we learn more.

The world in this book is interesting so far. I definitely want to know more about the different High Houses. Also curious why Ada's would be betrothed wants her so badly. Is it like she thought that he wants a political prisoner or is it more?

Still really enjoying Ada and Loch together. Even if they don't fully trust one another, they work well together.

Ada rescuing Loch after Richard captured him was a great scene. She's quite clever and clearly knows her stuff. I'm curious who the two extra people Veronica brought onto the ship are. Hopefully not anyone who will pose a threat.

(view spoiler)[Starts of with her being captured and sounds like her father really doesn't care about her. Marcus Loch is definitely mysterious and scary at first meet. Ada tried to warn the mercs and the captain what was about to happen but they were to busy seeing a bigger payday and all they got was death. Interested in seeing what happens next. There is a lot of mention of Loch's eye augmentation and he was a soldier and he has a big hate for Rockhurst my mind immediately went to Rockhurst doing experiments on soldiers especially when Ada thought about turning Loch into her dad for her freedom.
I want to know more about the families too. (hide spoiler)]

And just when things were going well between Loch and Ada, it gets messed up. Hopefully these two work things out soon.

I'm curious about this super fast jump drive Ada discovered they have on the ship and the mineral that runs it. I wonder if the planet in her dowry that the Rockhursts want so badly is full of the mineral?

Ada getting captured by House Rockhurst wasn't great for the plan. I like that Loch and the others managed to get her back quickly before she was forcibly married.

I wonder how things will go once Ada gets back home. I don't expect her father is going to welcome her with open arms.

Once again Ada does a kickass job rescuing Loch. She made a good deal for herself to get them out of there although I'm curious how her getting the ship back will go.

I really enjoyed this one and I definitely need to pick up the next book in the series soon.

chapt 13-18
(view spoiler)[So much chemistry between Ada and Loch. So much going on the Rockhurst's discovering new fuel for faster ftl travel. Also hinting at something called project Genesis that involves Loch. I think maybe his platoon was experimented on since Ada keeps mentioning how fast he's healing.

I hope Ada and Loch deal with their problems with each other soon.

Maybe Ada will find out more when someone investigates things about the planet and her dowry. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Richard is really horrible can't believe he would go to such lengths to force Ada to marry him. I was really worried about whether the others would rescue Ada in time.

Great rescue and negotiation on Ada's part. Her father is a real piece of work so was Lady Rockhurst. The so called higher families were definitely all about money and power. So many shady dealings and no accountability. (hide spoiler)]

I loved the action and will be continuing on with this series.

Yeah, I'm hoping Richard gets what's coming to him in one of the other books. As of now he has mostly gotten away with everything.
