Jim Vuksic | 1227 comments Many community colleges and public libraries offer courses, books, and periodicals focused upon technical writing skills such as spelling, punctuation, grammar, sentence/paragraph structure, continuity, and plot/character development at little or no cost. All that is required is an investment of time, effort, and determination by the aspiring writer.
