When we click on the link you provided John, it says "countries available - US". Australia hasn't been able to participate in Goodreads giveaways for quite a few years now. Plus it's actually a Goodreads giveaway, not Amazon :)

Amazon bought Goodreads some time ago. In re UK and Australia, it is clearly politics. I would like to make inroads in Aus, but Amazon makes it tough. In any event, I will no longer post in the wrong thread. G’day and stay well!
