Plot is about a Chief's daughter, she has two other siblings, her younger prettier sister and her little brother who will someday be chief. The guy she likes likes her sister I think. And the setting is a cold place. Her sister's name is Asa and the guy she likes is Petre? Or peter

What kind of Chief?
I read it when I was in elementary, so perhaps the targeted age was for middle schoolers. And it's also historical fiction.I'm not sure what kind of Chief, sorry.
