Once that time is up, he can no longer use their quirk and they can use it, but it's nerfed, and only works about half as well, but that wears off in another ten minutes. He can't copy another quirk for that same ten minutes. He receives any and all drawbacks that the quirk he copied has.))

Appearance Description: A tall, dark figure, with sharp dark red eyes. His skin is dark and clear with several small, deep scars here and there. One of the most prominent ones is above his left eye, intersecting through his eyebrow. His form is strong and sturdy, and you can tell he works out. His demeanor is quite scary, mostly terrifying at first glance.
Hero Costume: Blood red with black details, looks like an army uniform. There are a lot of different weapons attached in arm's length, mostly different blades. He also has a small bag of thumb-tacks coated with a substance that helps heal small puncture wounds quickly. There are small vials connected to his belt, which usually have blood in them, with various amounts from various people; current status shown below.

Personality: A stern outward appearance, Roka does not like socializing, but if you stick with him long enough, you can tell he's got a soft spot for children and animals, but does not readily show this. He's usually got an annoyed look on his face, and it commonly scares others off. He commonly memorized people's quirks and how to use them, as it helps his quirk.

Strengths: Scaring people, baking, stealth, gardening, hand to hand combat
Weaknesses: People, his family, trying to make friends

History: Both his parents are quirkless, so he was thought to be quirkless as well until an accident happened when he was seven when he ingested someone's blood and chaos broke out, the person who's quirk he'd stolen freaked out, trying to figure out why they couldn't use their quirk. Roka realized that he could use their quirk, but it soon wore off and he kept his quirk a secret from his family. His family expected him to take up their herb shop after they retired, but he didn't want to, so when he began going to UA, he lied and said that he was going to a school to help him learn more about herbs and plants. Surprisingly, they bought it, and allowed him to go.
