these will be my second years. though, since they have no cannon characters i have no idea what to do with their quirks quite yet so i haven't decided what class for each.

would something like this be okay for a quirk? I did all the necessary research for it to make sure it wasn't just like, random
impulse control
they use this ability by sending signals to the prefrontal cortex area. The Prefrontal Cortex area controls the "executive functions" of the brain including judgment, impulse control, management of aggression, emotional regulation, self-regulation, planning, reasoning and social skills. By disrupting the signals in this part of the brain, they can disrupt the decision-making process and make it so the person in question acts on nothing but their impulses, or in other cases, have trouble acting on anything but. it becomes difficult to control one's impulses and emotions at that moment and everything is heightened. They can only do it through touch, and they have to touch someone for at least thirty seconds before they can use their quirk, as they need to enter through the nervous system. the electric charge they send through their skin to the nerves carries to the brain { similar to how the brain sends these charges to the nerves and such to function. similar to how it sends them, the signals also get sent back to the brain. } and they use that passageway in order to manipulate the signals that are sent to the brain, which is what kickstarts the reaction. human bodies adapt quickly though. this only continues for around up to three minutes total, however, that's three whole minutes of just acting on nothing but primal instincts and one's 'impulses'. this could be good or bad for them, as there is no telling how one would act as the quirk would cause them to act temperamental and all over the place. in the same sense, they also have trouble controlling their own impulses and will often say what they think. this is a constant effect though and wouldn't just end with every time they use their quirk. Similar to how they affect someone's thought process, their own is constantly affected. though, not to the same extent. it's just difficult to control themself, which makes her honest to a fault, another negative effect.
