Challenge Corner discussion

June is Pride Month in the USA and celebrated by many other countries. To celebrate we are hosting a pride read-a-thon! As a team, we’ll be completing prompts from the bingo board and aiming for bingos and a blackout. This read-a-thon starts June 24th midnight (your time zone) and ends June 30th midnight (your time zone). Any books finished during this time can count towards the read-a-thon as long as it fits a prompt! All prompts are repeatable.

There is one main caveat to the prompts. All books submitted for a prompt must feature a queer narrating POV character. Besides prompts that feature a specific identity label, the exact identity label isn’t required to note.

What you need to do in order to participate:

Step 2 - Post your progress each day!
Step 3 - Have fun and read lots of good books!

Over 18 is most likely college/university so it could work for that prompt!

She's 18, but she's the oldest - she's in the top year if that makes sense. Sorry, words like college are used differently in different places but very specifically! For us, a college is part of a university, or education you can do between 16-18, although you can go at any age as well.

So... I don't think it fits?

If the MC is out of secondary school it works. I see what you're saying about the grades being completely different, but I read an article just now and past secondary school should be the UK equivalent (or close enough)
