Welcome to the Arcadia.

Once a luxurious cruise ship, it became a refugee camp after being driven from Europe by an apocalyptic war. Now it floats near the coastline of the Federated States - a leftover piece of a fractured USA.

For forty years, residents of the Arcadia have been prohibited from making landfall. It is a world of extreme haves and have nots, gangs and make-shift shelters.

Esther is a loyal citizen, working flat-out to have the rare chance to live a normal life as a medic on dry land. Ben is a rebel, planning something big to liberate the Arcadia once and for all.

When events throw them both together, their lives, and the lives of everyone on the ship, will change forever . . .

How is it so far?

Not bad. There's a lot of action and three points of view so it's easy to get through

Ch 15-30 (view spoiler)[ How are they going to hide Esther if all those people are hunting for her? Make a deal maybe? Silas is being completely ridiculous about the whole thing. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 31-51 (view spoiler)[ I figured May would die at some point, but it was sad. I don't like how Nik is completely blaming Esther and saying that May would be ashamed of her. Um, fuck off dude. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 52-End (view spoiler)[ I'm glad Hadley is dead. I'm assuming there's supposed to be a sequel? It ended in chaos, with a lot of people dying, so I hope so. (hide spoiler)]
