Harrietawrites (harrieta) | 583 comments It's been in my tbr for so long but I'm kinda scared to actually read it!! Is it worth the hype?!

message 2: by Megan (new)

Megan Anders (meggers97) | 1 comments I thought it was ok. It’s definitely not like any other romance I’ve read before. Colleen is a great writer and I think it’s worth a read but it’s definitely one that I wouldn’t reread after knowing the plot. I’d still say give it a try!

message 3: by Neve (new)

Neve Jacques | 1 comments it's a good book but would say I've read better and I've read worse. it was the first book I read and it really got me into liking Collen but personally think she an amazing author but has better books x

angeline (ramblingdaydreams) | 0 comments it was an alright book. the writing isn't the best, but it could be worse. beware of the trigger warnings, though. this book talks about heavy stuff e.g domestic violence, sexual assault etc.

message 5: by M (new)

M I don’t think this book should hyped, I think it’s a awareness for mental and physical abuse. I believe it’s worth the resd to understand what happens in the world

lynn (evasgf) ^ yess!!

Evelinasbooks | 55 comments I am not a fan of the writting and I believe the events happened one after the other with zero time ( I needed more details or scenes personally in different acts) but the message it passes is worth to read and be spread

message 8: by maria🤍 (new)

maria🤍 | 527 comments I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t say it deserves all the hype it gets

message 9: by Deeksha (new)

Deeksha | 73 comments it is not a romance novel. It's so much more. Read the trigger warnings before starting. You'll love it if you read without thinking about all the hype.

message 10: by Nila (new)

Nila Loves To Read (nila_loves_to_read) So, I did not read the trigger warnings before reading „it ends with us“ and I did NOT expect the turns of events in this book. I started thinking it was a cute, goofy, romance Novell, and to be fair, it has romance BUT this book is about a much more serious matter…
I personally enjoyed it. It is a good book. Maybe a teeny, tiny, little bit overhyped… but that’s just me.

fifi ♡ | 76 comments i don't think that it is a romance book at all, but I can't say it doesn't enjoy the hype. It was really good, even tho i sometimes think that people read it as a romance book, and that bothers me. I think that people would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't that popular.

Michaela Brewer (kaylaax) | 88 comments I loved it, the book itself didn’t make me cry but the authors note did :)

Beeanna (beeannaruth) | 14 comments this book is very good but def. not worth the hype when you think of all the other books that exist

message 18: by Geet (new)

Geet Vijayvergia | 16 comments Not really

message 19: by Sophie (new)

Sophie | 19 comments I loved this book. Maybe a little over hyped imo but if you’re new to reading then I would 1000% recommend, CH create books that are so easy to read.

message 20: by Regan (new)

Regan Cambridge Oh I loved it and I don't even like Colleen Hoover

message 21: by samar (new)

samar (maysambwu) | 90 comments its okay i guess its not just a love story, its more about domestic violence and abuse also spreading awareness for mental health

message 22: by Amber (new)

Amber I read it a few months ago and I do believe it's worth the hype. I haven't been lucky in liking Booktok recommendations, but It Ends With Us is written so well and focuses on mental health, abuse, cycles of abuse and generally being human in this world.

message 23: by Fairytale (new)

Fairytale | 170 comments Not at all. Maybe if you're not a reader with high expectations.
