.... Jenny I found one of those books that you like to read. I'm not feeling Hell Bent so I was looking at another snake book and found Snake Keeper: Alien First Contact Romance. Do you think it could fit? :P

Chances are one of the animals eats snakes or something, so we could probably find a place for it.

Whether I "like" those books is up for debate. I do enjoy giggling at them.

I will definitely finish all my books by deadline. Hmm.... maybe I should quit my job and become a professional reader? I wonder if it pays very well?

I'm participating in a Read-a-thon on Sat so I can cover several books then. I normally read 7-12 depending on the length. I'll plan on doing as many of the Part2 ones as possible.

I am listening to A Tale of Two Cities. Can you think of how that could fit anywhere? Grey cover, so not much help there.

Sorry for being out for a few days. I've updated my reading and added one for the Honduran Bat mini. I'll get my last book currently on the tracking sheet done, and am looking for a few short audiobooks for other mini tasks. I'm trying to get a baby blanket knitted for a shower on Sunday so lots of time to listen... lol.

Not sure that a baby blanket will keep the rain showers off of your head, but you do you. teehee.

What color are you knitting? I need to get back to knitting. I have several unfinished sweaters that are in a closet just waiting for me to get to. It is a bit hard to get excited about a new sweater when the weather is about to hit 100 degrees in Phoenix. Yuck.

The blanket is an easygoing zig zag pattern and I'm using some solid colors and a self-striping yarn too - just wanted it to be happy and soft:



I need to finish the purple and cream on the left side. I got back into knitting a couple years ago and trying to learn something new technique-wise with every project. It is also turning out to be a great practice for my wabi sabi 2023 ;)

I think I have as much fun planning projects and the yarns to use as I do knitting them - good thing too or my yarn purchasing would be out of control. Ravelry.com is a rabbithole for me - love finding patterns that appeal and then seeing all the projects others make for it.

I like learning new techniques as well. So far I seem to fall down the hardest when trying multi-colored Fairview stitches. Or whatever it is called. It has been a while.

Thanks! I'm in the cream section now - fingers crossed! I've got to get it done tomorrow as it will need at least a day to block and dry. I haven't done any fair isle colorwork yet - its on my list though! My next hill to climb is brioche.

Ah Fair Isle. I knew I got the name wrong. I do not know what Brioche knitting is. Off to look it up...

Wow are we done with all the books on the spreadsheet? I’m almost done with my last book for April :)

Just to check in. I'll finish both my books in time. I'm glad we are all full on mini because my weekend is going to be really busy and I wouldn't be able to fit a third book in.
