After having the basis of Food, Hydration, Sleep and Physical Exercise, I started feeling good, but there were some points in which I would feel overwhelmed, trying to do so many things at once and ending up with nothing done, so I learned in Masterclass with John Kabat-Zinn how to meditate and let the thoughts wonder, have personal talks on daily basis, meditate to filter what thoughts trigger me, find the root of them, do some exposure meditation, to face the worse scenarios and that prepared me to situations (that never happened, but kept me safe and ready to deal with them).

Also physiotherapy ended up discovering to be a great tool, because our anxiety gets also stored in our muscles super tense it's important to relax those to avoid then triggering any physical sensations that may lead to be overwhelmed.
