@Ellie I do have the website now! So how do you do it on there?
If you're asking about the copying something from someone's bio, copy the information, go to your profile, click "edit profile," paste the information, and then hit "save changes?"I'm not sure if I'm answering the right question or if that's what you meant.

That's really weird. Can you copy anything on the website?
Mollie, I think you need to make an Imgur account, upload a photo to that account, and then paste the HTML link to your profile. That's how I post images on here for example. It can be also a bit complicated because you have to remove part of the HTML link before posting.

If you look at this image, you get the error message whenever you try to post the entire HTML link. However, if you delete the highlighted part of the link, then you can post an image :)

I use an iPhone and a MacBook. I have no problems copying/pasting :) It's just Goodreads being janky lol

Lol, yeah. I feel like Amazon doesn't think Goodreads is all that important to promote, but I've found the platform to be super useful. I just hope if they do add any updates, that they won't make things worse (take, for example, what they did to the book pages).
Not a Goodreads question, but is there any Mac users on here? I'm trying to figure out how to zoom in when I'm responding to emails, but command + isn't working for some reason.

You have to on the web version of Goodreads. If you go to your group there should be an option to do so.
If you can’t figure it out, I’ll post a screenshot of how to later, when I’m on my laptop :) Goodreads is not an intuitive site lol.

^Mollie, you go to your group's bookshelf (I circled mine in red) and then you should be able to add a "currently reading" book, which adds it for the entire group :) Let me know if you have any other questions!

I think you need to be on the desktop version of GR to do that.

She wasn't too specific, but gave me the broad outlines. The group's history was kinda tied in to her Goodreads' history. Basically, she talked about when the group was small, described its growth, and how you asked her to be a mod when you were on a hiatus (I don't think she told me why you picked her to be a mod).

A very useful tool!!
1. Click on (some html is ok) at the top of the comment box on the web version of goodreads.
2. Look for Spoiler and it shows: ... (I purposefully did not write out the whole word "spoiler" cause it would have actually worked, and we don't want that here.)
3. You can either copy and paste the format I showed above and fill in the ... between the <> signs with what your spoiler is -OR-
you can just type it out, which I think is much easier.
4. Whatever is between the start-spoiler code and the end-spoiler code will be hidden behind the word "Spoiler".
I hope that makes sense! Let us know if you have any trouble. You could just try it here on this thread to see if it works. Also, do not be alarmed--sometimes spoilers do not work on the app.

Yep, that does make sense! You need to use some HTML, but basically, just put your spoilers between < spoiler > and < / spoiler > without any spaces and you should be good!
