I really like Skullduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy. Not quite paranormal, but not fantasy I'd say, but feels similar. Definitely YA, but very fun and easy.

I can't believe no one has suggested Strange the Dreamer (and sequel) by Laini Taylor! So good...

Also, try The Merciful Crow and sequel, by Margaret Owen.

Try An enchantment of ravens by Margaret Rogerson. It has a similar fairy-tale vibe to the coldest girl in cold town and angel fall series.
Its a quick but fun read- ive reread it a dozen times.
