do you write your own books/fics and if so what do you usually write?

I have 2 fanfics in going (stranger things and Fire emblem: Three houses) and am also working on two books project (mainly one, the second I try to keep it low so I can focus on only one at a time)

i do and i usually write coming of age and dystopian

oh my god. i feel like someones calling me out. yes i do ! i wrote a zombie apocalypse fan fiction that i never completed. and currently im writing about a woman who dies and lives on as the spectator of a young girls life who is subjected to child abuse '^'

i have these little characters in my head and a silly little idea but i can never actually create a holistic story because new ideas keep on popping up and i can’t pick between them,, atp maybe i’ll just write a series

see i have done that,, but i cant never be consistent with it, i keep changing my mind!! i swear i have 5 notes in my phone about this ONE guy

Uh yeah. What reader doesn’t have dreams for writing. I write a lot!!

Yes. Lots of poetry. Short stories. Screenplays. Lots of ideas started but not finished. Poetry is published. Short stories with more poetry will be next. I sold a short screenplay in 2020.

If you’re young and pursue writing, you’ll get further than me. I didn’t start trying to make money with my writing until I was in my 40s.

I like to write mainly as self care journaling but it has been my dream to write something else like maybe a fanfic

Sometimes. What I write I try to lean towards the young adult/teen genre.

I love to write, though usually it's just ideas, concepts, and beautifully sad thoughts. I used to write these scenarios in wattpad comments, guessing what could happen next, but I never wrote my own story. That just seemed too intimidating... reaching for the dream and failing-ohh!!
Now, as I write this, it hurts to realize how much I've let fear of other people opinions effect my passions :/

I used to write fanfics/poetry

I used to write poetry and historical fiction usually ranging from 1910s-1960s and I have more novel ideas but never made the motivation to finish them quite yet

I’ve written a couple of books! my current work is a museum thief and an agent who end up working together in a twisted way. I usually write fantasy, romance, dark, action sort of stuff

i write here and there. it’s not anything specific, if i feel like writing something down i just write it down !

i write my own stories, some in english and some in german (my native language) but at the moment i am really lazy unfortunately 🥲😂

I write (author) and tend to stick with fantasy, fantasy romance, and occasional poetry. My debut book came out on the 26th and I am sitting down this week to work on the draft of the second book in the collection. I may toss out some episodic things during the waiting period. Keeps my brain happy that way.

Yes, I am about halfway through writing my first book on consciousness, love, and meaning.

im currently writing on a coming of age book, set in the 80’s, in wich i built a strong connection with music

currently writing a mystery that takes place at a boarding school where one of the main character can see ghosts

i occasionally write short stories/portrayals of everyday things in my view or in the view of others with strong feelings (loathe, enamour, etc.) and it’s so fun. it also helps me explore vocabulary for when casually talking about those emotions in a human scenario!

i write fanfics for fun and for myself when im hyper fixated on something and can’t find fanfics elsewhere 😭😭😭 writing is something i’ve always loved doing though i like writing essays for fun too

ahhhh i'd love to give feedback and share works, listening to other interpretations of your own work is so funn

i write fantasy stories just for myself right now. i'm mostly learning worldbuilding and writing in general beacause getting an idea on the page is so hard sometimes!!! i do hope to finish them some time and who knows what will happen :)

I used to try to write stories, but whatever I pick on it seems like there’s so much research to do! But I applaud any writer out there with good research done, it makes a book so muuch better
