Give yourself a hug, or a pat on the back, or some chocolate, because we are at our final hour and our final sprint for the October 2023 Dewey's 24hr Readathon. How's it going? What are you reading for our final hour?

Lolita | 54 comments Finished Rosemary's Baby by Ira Levin. For the final hour, I will be reading A Child's Garden of Verses by R. L. Stevenson.

Last few pages of Apt Pupil by Stephen King. Very much thought provoking, therefore slow reading.

Ann A (readerann) | 867 comments I read 36 pages of Horse. I think this is the first time I've done all seven sprints!

Cathy (cathepsut) | 570 comments I read about 50 pages of System Collapse. Want to finish it today!

I will take a breather now, do some small household chores, call my mum, make some food, rest my eyes and then get back to the book.

I got to page 40 of my book, The Fossil World, by Richard Moody. I was hoping to finish more pages but I forgot that this one started with deep sea biology, which I really like, so it was a slower, but fun read. I'll do more later today.

The Fossil World by Richard T.J. Moody
