I'm confused, in the sign-up it says tasks are repeatable but on the SS it says one-time bonus? So can we count a book for a task we've already done?

Yes tasks are repeatable throughout the challenge. You just get a one time bonus of 100 points if you complete all 130 tasks once. that’s why you have a one time tracking tab.

For the task of OPAL in series title.... I'm wanting to read GR has the series title as 'Hoops' Audible has it as 'A Hoops Novel' and the front of the book also says 'A Hoops Novel'. Can I use it?

Looking at the editions for this book on GR and what's on Amazon. I read the title has, 'Long Shot: A Hoops Novel'. So, it's more like a title & subtitle instead of a series title.
