I was happy to delete this as it certainly doesn't sound like Conan Doyle. But I was told I couldn't as it has too many likes - although it only has 33.
This could be a bug, but could you add Needs a Superlibrarian to your thread heading & we can see if a Super can delete it.
Edit: The other possibility is that it was a Quote of the Day quote. I have a vague memory that they can't be edited.
