What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am looking for a urban fantasy anthology book. I want to say the stories a based in a mall. One of the stories is about a woman who works in a store where magical people come to get a familiar. There is a hamster type creature that lives on her desk and one day it eats a rude customer.
