I think I should take the general manager role, as I'm already doing all those things. (If anyone else doesn't want it)
i have a quaetion about the scribes role, wdym by "Record everything that happens within the group, like new members joining, new mods joining, new events being planned, upcoming discussions, mods's future plans for the group, new polls happening, new discussions being held, etc", do we like keep a separate discussion for this?

yes a different topic will be used for this. It will be like an online journal. At the end of each moth, we will use this topic to create a newsletter.

I actually made one last night, but basically you have to make 2-3 group spotify playlists.
Like add all the songs in the discussion "What you're listening to rn" to a playlist called "What [insert our group name] is listening to rn"
And then add all the songs in "Music recommendations" discussion (this discussion will be made soon) to another playlist, etc

I'll make you the guide, for now. Then when you get a spotify (two months later) you can start managing the playlists as well.

Additionally, the mods must select one of the following duties:
☽Scribe: [Position taken by @nina; Assistant position held by @polaris]
A SCRIBE must:
1. Record everything that happens within the group, like new members joining, new mods joining, new events being planned, upcoming discussions, mods's future plans for the group, new polls happening, new discussions being held, etc.
2. Make an end of the month newsletter (will explain this further later, but writing skills will be required)
3. Manage a topic called "ANNOUNCEMENTS" and keep all the less-active members informed of the current happenings.
☽Poll Manager [Position held by @~m~]
A POLL MANAGER MUST:
1. Make a few polls every few days, about books and music.
2. Edit an aesthetic picture to accompany the poll.
3. Write a short report on the results of the polls, to be submitted to the Scribe. (will explain this further later)
☽General Manager [Position held by @polaris]
A GENERAL MANAGER MUST:
1. Make sure that the group stays organised. All the aesthetic (pictures, fonts, symbols) managing will be done by the general manager.
2. Brainstorm new ideas for discussions.
3. Help out the other mods as requested
4. Open MOD applications whenever they see fit
☽Event Organiser [Position held by @Liepa]
A EVENT ORGANISER MUST:
1. Organise events like Book-reading events, special events like halloween events, Christmas events, etc.
2. Maintain the group's bookshelf
3. Organise games like TPBM, Story Builder, etc
4. Brainstorm new ideas for events to keep this group fun
☽Guide [Position held by: @Phidelia]
A GUIDE MUST:
1. Welcome all the new members to the group (send out a short message)
2. Go through all the messages of the group and keep an eye out for what the group's members are talking about.
3. Make sure that the group's members's requests reach the mods.
4. Make a playlist for the group & update it frequently.
5. Manage the topic "How to navigate this group"

These positions are not set in stone. Mods may ask for help or help out each other whenever they see fit.
Positions may be held jointly by two different mods. How?
~ You may choose more than one positions if you want to, but essentially, you will act as an "assistant" to the person who is only holding this position. For example, I am the general manager, if i want to be a scribe as well, I will be an assistant to the person who is the original scribe.
~MODs may hold ONLY ONE primary position and one assistant position
