So you thought this second battle was going to be just as polite as the first one. Sorry to disappoint you, but one of our soldiers wants you to Bleed Out!

I have a few that work for OUT although some of them don't have great endings. But if someone who doesn't have a battle book wants to take the spot that's ok, just thought I'd throw it out there I have something that works.

I'm going to go ahead and take this one with An Outlaw's Christmas.

It's one of the few I found with decent letters for D1 to work with.

Anyone have an ADE book, something with a start of A DE might be easier to find and still works of course

I have some but a lot of them only had consonants in the last 3 letters. These are the ones I have that had vowels.

A Deadly Education
A Deal with Mr. Wrong
A Deal with the Elf King
A Delicious Dilemma

Anything I found that started in A De ended with VIL

I found A Death in Venice on KU, which gives ICE.

I also found A Death in Cornwall but the wait at my library is like 20 weeks.

VIL provided some okay options but then the letters back to us were all bad. Like The Villa which, unless we find a random book about Llamas 🦙, is likely going to be difficult.

I got nothin, sorry! I keep trying to find a book I can take on, but still waiting for something that's actually on my 300+ tbr. lol

Well, I tried some other ways of searching and there are some options with ING like In Good Company.

But there still wasn’t much

Deadly Education, I found some books that start with I ON (like titles starting with I Only.

I decided I should keep myself open to grabbing one last minute. We are getting to the last couple days to get things sorted for the battle and there's still 7 books to go between both teams.

I will say if you can't read this one, I can. It'll be a reread for me but well past the 6 month mark. It's a great book and concept.

I also could read it. I'm fine with reading up to 3 next week.

So disappointed in the last letter choice. How dare there not be a brilliant sci-fi book starting with Ion Drive? Whatever. I blame YOU!

If this You Can Run is the one by Rebecca Zanetti, I definitely recommend it. I really enjoyed it when I read it last month.

I do have A Deadly Education so I can read it. Hopefully I enjoy it since fantasy isn't usually my thing.

I have this one and it's also in Kindle Unlimited if it interests anyone else. Would be funny to send them back the same letters.

It was harder than I thought. I had a crap ton to choose from but unfortunately the last 3 letters were complete shit. So I found what I could and I'm interested in all the books listed so pick whichever you think is best. 🙂

There seems to be One Corpse Too Many laying around in these battles. So ANYthing you guys can do to tamp down the violence, it would be appreciated. I mean really.
