The defaut edition (with no cover image) seems broken it returns:

403 Forbidden

Moreover it's a duplicate.
Is it possible to delete the 'broken" edition?

Every book is 403 at this point.

We would have to delete everything.

Frankly that basically happened a while ago when the amazon bots undid all our edits.

What is the point anymore?
