Can we get clarification in the manual on how to handle requests for creation of non-fiction series?

If we are sticking to ONLY creating fiction series, can this be explicitly added to the manual?

Non-fiction series are possible, but are quite rare as many situations are considered imprints here.

Things like a two-part biography of someone are the clearest examples of a non-fiction series.
