Pun Ratphithak I just finished reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Double Down, and it was awesome! Jeff Kinney has done it again with another hilarious book that kept me laughing the whole time.

In this book, Greg Heffley is trying really hard to become famous on social media. He comes up with all these crazy ideas to make videos and go viral, but of course, things don’t go as planned. It’s so funny to see all the silly stuff Greg does to try and get noticed. If you like social media and want to see what happens when someone like Greg tries to become an online star, you’ll love this book!

One thing I really liked was how Greg's adventures with his family and friends are still as funny as ever. His little brother Manny and his best friend Rowley are just as hilarious as before. Greg’s relationship with them adds so much to the story, and their funny moments made me laugh out loud.

The book also talks about social media in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s cool how Kinney mixes in real stuff about online fame with Greg’s usual goofy plans. It made me think about how much we all use social media and how sometimes it can be a bit crazy.

The only thing I could say is that the story follows a similar pattern to the other books in the series. But honestly, that’s part of what makes these books so fun and comforting. It’s like you know what to expect, and that’s okay because it’s always funny.

Overall, Double Down is a fantastic read and another great book in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. If you like Greg Heffley and enjoy laughing at his crazy adventures, you definitely need to read this one!
