That’s a great idea
One of my GR friends came up with this idea, and I loved it so much I wanted to bring it to our own group!
It's a weekly check-in where you do a self-reflection and answer the questions (you can skip some, if you want!!) This is a great way to meditate on what went well and what didn't, and focus on how we can better ourselves!!
