Childrens book, read in 90s, kinda like a poem, follows 3 (or4) kids each with a parent. I remember phrases similar to "tickle those toes (or tummy)just right" and "throw that baby up just right" (in a not scary way) and "catch that baby right up". I remember one was a red head baby, another was Asian, lots of color blocking art.
