He whispers "I don't care Bats...I don't care..I love you either way.." hes voice shaking again when he has panic attacks.

"Shhh" he soothes "we'll figure it out Kay" he says, "I'm going to need a new job to start."

Hes shaking scared he has tears falling not making any sense when he speaks

"Kay...it's okay, i'm here" he says gently "we should really talk to a psychiatrist about your panic attacks"

he shakes his head at that scared as a nurse looks at gastby and whispers "maybe we should knock him out again?"

"No, don't" Gatsby says gently "Kay, you need to listen...these panic attacks aren't healthy, you need medication."

His eyes were full of tears hes barely able to focus almost.

the nurse whispers "why not? hes clearly frantic"

"Because it won't help, only delay." Gatsby rubs his back

The nurse "we had to knock him out earlier because it got so bad. Like really bad...He just wanted to make sure you were fine."

Kay leans into him trying to not hear the nurse since he felt like he was being choked even though there was only four people in the room.

"Well I'm here now" he says, "can you give us space?"

The nurse whispers "are you sure? you just got out of surgry"

Kay curses "he said give us space." clearly annoyed

Gatsby looks at Kay as the nurse walks out "do you have questions? About my state."

He whispers "I understand how it works..." he sighs

"Okay, we need to talk about work. I no longer have a job, you'll need to get one so we can afford the apartment" Gatsby says

He nods as he whispers "theres a reason I have a limp and i always wear pants..." he looks at him scared to tell him

"Why?" Gatsby asks, curiously

he sighs pulling up his left pant leg and it reveals a prosteitc leg..put recently theres been like almost like a bite in the metal. "t.t.thats why..." he hates talking about it.

Gatsby hugs him tighter "looks like we're in the same boat"

He nods hugging him back "Y.y.ya...i lost it swimming..one day last year..due to the current and" he doesn't want to say gatsby's speices.

"Its okay" gatsby says in a comforting tone

he nods trying to calm down since he sees it go down again

"Are you tired?" He asks gently

he nods

Gatsby kisses his head gently "sleep, I'll watch over you"

He closes his eyes going to sleep as the nurse walks in after a few mins

Sorry, my grandma came so I've been busy, but its been fun))

"He's sleeping, so please be quiet" he says gently

Kay is asleep in his arms

the nurse whispers "how did you get him to calm down sir?"

"Held him, whispered to him" Gatsby says, cradling the man, "and no need to call me sir, Gatsby works fine"

The nurse nods "did you still want to see if you can get a medication?"

"Yeah, just some anxitey meds, I think he has a panic disorder" Gatsby says, kissing his head lightly

The nurse nods grabbing some "He,really needs to work on it,its not healthy for him.."

"Yeah" Gatsby says, yawning slightly. "Do you know when I'll be discharged?"

"hopefully in a few days.we have to make sure your stable." the nurse offers a small grin.

"Thank you for letting me know, how much will the wheelchair cost? I'm from the states and don't know if they have universal Healthcare here" he says

If you don't mind, I'd rather not rp with characters that live in the states, kind of a shitshow rn))

Trust me,i understand.Kay,has a like Italian accent when he says some words bc he is from italy))

Kay starts to stir slightly.

The nurse whispers "it should be covered. but if not around maybe 1000 dollars"

Gatsby soothes Kay "thank you"

She nods leaving the room leaving medication for both of them

kay curls "amour?" his accent was noticeable

"Yes darling" Gatsby says warmly

I realized I never specificed this, when Gatsby first came to the surface, he lived in LA before moving))

(i mentally gave him like a Cal.accent for some reason.so that might explain it))

Kay whispers "i want us to go home..."

"It'll be a few days but you can go home" he says gently

Kay shakes his head frantically "n.no..n.no" he starts to shake

"You don't have to, you can stay" Gatsby rubs his back

Kay nods his eyes were blurry with tears
