I'm excited to start this one, I can hardly wait to see our first task.

🔐 Week 1 Prompt: What You Bring With You
Some locks don’t need a key—they open for what you carry.

Choose a book that reflects something you bring to this partnership:
a personality trait, a past experience, a strength, a flaw—anything that shapes how you read and relate.

Each of you will choose your own book and explain what you're bringing to the box.

• Reflection: After reading this book, I think I can see that I bring some of the following personality traits to the story that "match" Zoe Walker the best. She is protective and I'm very protective of my family and friends. I also have a cautious streak as does Zoe. I also line up somewhat with Kelly Swift. She's so persistent and has a good sense of justice. I am supportive, loyal, and don't shy away from hard truths when it matters, which is Kelly-like strength. If I have to choose, I'd say I'm a blend of Zoe's protectiveness + Kelly's determination.

IF I understood this task correctly, I bring to this challenge the ability to protect my friends (you) in the way of being as supportive as I can for anything you need support for that I am able/capable of doing. And, I am full of determination, so I won't let you down knowingly. I may make mistakes (forget something) but I will always have your back. I also am 99.9% of the time determined to finish what I started, allowing myself grace under certain circumstances.

I look forward to supporting you throughout this challenge as well as being determined to do the tasks at hand and finish the challenge to the best of my ability.

• Reflection:
This task was tough. I guess I bring - loyalty, compromise, a curious nature and an analytical mind. I really liked Jen, the mom fighting to figure out why her son has killed someone in front of her. She handled time travel by breaking it down and trying to figure out the how and why. She was open minded, trying to understand and see all sides - why would her son do this? I could see a lot of myself in Jen.
