I've confirmed the page numbers with the info from the publisher and added it to the book info. It should be visible in 20 minutes or so.

Pages 7-11 Editor introduction
Page 12 - publisher note
Pages 13-238 - story collection
Pages 238-240 - advertising for other books in the collection
