Amazon positively fubar'd my preorder/listing. It had to be canceled completely and re-listed. The ASIN was not able to be retained and will link to a bum copy of the book until Amazon takes it down (whenever that will be). The listing is not linked to a manuscript, so anyone who goes to that listing will not receive a copy of the book. :(
