Hey everyone,

I was checking challenges and noticed something. I finished the Turkish version of Small Things Like These today, but the challenge is not completed.

So I'm just curious, if there is something that I'm missing, or if it's a bug? I hope you can see the dates that I started and finished the book on my profile

I will say lots of people have this issue so you can search or ask in that forum.

I think you might have to read the edition they want you to read.

I didn't have this issue with prior challenges. I could complete them with Turkish editions without any problems.

It happens to me too occasionally that a book that I have read and completed for a challenge does not seem to qualify for the appurtenant achievement.

I wrote about this to Support in January and received following reply as a work-around:

I'm sorry to hear that your Reading Challenge achievement isn't showing. We have noticed that some members have reported the exact same issue regarding achievements not being added. However we've discovered a potential work around that has been proven to fix the issue while we work to fix this with our developers:

Please follow these steps:

1. Search and find another qualifying book pertaining to this specific challenge;
2. Then mark that book as "Read" with a qualifying read date;
3. Once this has been done, please remove that book from your shelves.
4. This should then refresh your challenge and the missing achievement should be attributed to your beta challenge.

As far as I know this issue has not yet been fixed by developers...
