I hope you are doing okay. Family is so much more important than anything else that is going on. This is the time when you really need to lean on your family and friends and let them support you when it's too difficult to do it yourself.

Thanks guys. I've been all over the place today. I made the decision to come into work today but I've just finished and feel like I should have taken a day to sort my head out. Oh well. What's done is done and I've got tomorrow off so going to just take a me day and do what I want. I'll probably spend the day reading. I'm thinking of restarting my gym membership as well so that'll keep me busy.

I find that exercising tends to help out when stressed. Taking a day for yourself is probably also good. :) Also, food always helps me.

Food is my go to thing but I've lost two stone and dropped a dress size so I don't really wanna go the other way haha

True, I get what you mean. I've lost a pound/size and gained some muscle from all the walking at college. I still think measuring by stones is weird as I only understand pounds and kilos. :)
