I'm interested in your opinions - would you count the Bible as one book?

I would count is as two.
1. Old Testament
2. New Testament

I think that there are many ways to count it. You could also split it up into the Torah: The Five Books of Moses and other books from the Old Testament and the Gospels, Epistles and other books from the New. Or you could just count pages read from the version that you choose and decide from that. Any way you do it, it is a good goal to have.
