Kristina | 15 comments I am in a desperate situation.

While i wait for Lover Mine to come to my front door i need something to keep me occupied. Goodread members were the ones who introduced me to BDB and LOTU, but i need something new and exciting to read.
I have read the following series:
Twilight
Black Dagger Brotherhood
Dark Hunter
Lords of the Underworld
Demonica
Midnight Breeds
Sookie Stackhouse

The following series of books have been ordered and are going to be read soon:
Night Huntress

I know of two series i'm pondering whether i should read, The Hollows and the Argeneau Series.

I am not particular as to which aspect of PNR it is. Anything is welcome, vampire, demons, angels, witches shapeshifter/were. I do love my alpha males and strong female leads.

I hope someone will be able to help me find something to read:)

Jen ~The dreamer~ | 649 comments Vampire Academy is a YA series, but I loved it!

I thought about that series but i'm having issues with the plot of it. I probably will give it a go at some point, when i'm in my YA fase :)

Patricia Briggs - Mercy Thompson series
Gail Carriger - The Parasol Protectorate series
Diana Rowland - Kara Gillian series
Kresley Cole - Immortals After Dark series

I liked it better than Twilight....

I hear the Kresley Cole's are great, I'm reading those after the Succubus series by Richelle Meade.

Kristina | 15 comments How is Richelle Meade? Thought about her series but still not entirely convinced.

~*~Princess Nya Vasiliev~*~ (abbaschild7748) I just finished Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling, #1) by Nalini Singh and I'm starting the 2nd book in this series. Visions of Heat (Psy-Changeling, #2) by Nalini Singh

I had that same hesitation when I read the summary. But the books are much better than the summaries make them seem. The first book was only okay to me, but the second book really pulled me into the series.

I like Mead's writing in general. Her Vampire Academy series is my favorite by her. It reminds me of the Night Huntress series. The other two series I like less, but I did still enjoy them.

Ez (ezrah-rah) | 219 comments I second Kresley Cole's "Immortals After Dark" series. It's awesome. Also, Gail Carriger's "The Parasol Protectorate" series is more urban fantasy than paranormal romance, but the first book (Soulless) is awesome. The second book is out, too, and the third one will be out later this year.

The Riley Jenson Guardian Series (by Keri Arhtur) is another one you should add to your list of possible reads. Full of action, adventures and lust. She is a dhamper (half werewolf/vanpire) protecting (reluctantly) the humans from the 'other worldly' creatures.
